Right now I'm working on a Pig and Whistle story, but don't expect anything soon as I am an incredibly slow writer. Currently questioning the point of what I've written so far so no excerpt is available right now.
I think I'm about a third done on my Pig and Whistle story. I say 'I think' because around this point my thoughts usually start branching out and I get frustrated trying to decide on how to continue.

Hi, I'm Lloyd, writer and fox, also known as "that guy who started the whole TSA/Shifti debate".

A small note about my writing: As I post more stories you will probably notice that certain names start to be repeated. This is because I get very obsessed over making sure I have the 'right' name, that is to say one that doesn't sound contrived or cliche or just plain stupid. In order to deal with this, I have a list of five to ten names that have been blatantly stolen from a variety of sources which I reuse with impunity.

Here's a link to some of my favorite stories on Shifti.

Shameless Self-Promotion

Lost World: Set in the Blind Pig universe for pure laziness reasons (I don't like explaining things) this is a furry => human TF. I rewrote it when Cubist said he wanted to use it for his online magazine but that was over a month ago and I haven't heard back from him so I'm posting it on Shifti. Compared to the original it's far less depressing, but I still want to punch the narrator.

Bureaucracy in Action: When a fun-loving force meets a literal-minded object.

Convoluted Quality: There is something known as the Bulwer-Lytton Fiction Contest, a competition to write the worst opening sentence to the worst possible novel. Out of boredom, I made an attempt to write the worst opening sentence to the worst possible TF story. If you think you can do worse, please add to the page.

Current Projects

I think I'm about a third done on my Pig and Whistle story. I say 'I think' because around this point my thoughts usually start branching out and I get frustrated trying to decide on how to continue.

Random Thought

I played poker with tarot cards last night. I got a full house and four people died.
