For that to happen someone would have to tag a story with <nowiki>[[Category: Mental Change]]</nowiki> and then add the tag <nowiki>[[Category:Stories by TF]]</nowiki> to the index page created by the previous tag. For that to happen someone would have to tag a story with [[Category: Mental Change]] and then add the tag [[Category:Stories by TF]] to the index page created by the previous tag.
