| This is WolfyDrake here. No idea what you're doing here, but I bet you're thinking "This guy is like so lame lol." But I can't change that, can I? So I'll just go on. Out there in the real world, I go by Johnathan Wong. I'm an amateur (and n00b) writer of TF, because I'm shit at drawing anthros and stuff, so I resort to writing stories and imagination. I write seriously, seriously slow. How do those other guys write so damn fast?

| == About Me ==
| |
|
| |
| I'm just a kid. I live in Singapore, so no furry cons for me until I'm about twenty-five. Like all kids my age I like video games and stuff like that. I'm a huge fan of Bungie's Halo Trilogy, watching related machinimas, collecting pics and stuff.
| |
|
| |
| But unlike most other people, I'm also into TF. 'Cept I don't tell anyone about that. So I tend to like to mix in a little sci-fi into my stories. (I'm not too familiar with fantasy TFs...I'll try one someday). I spend lots of time surfing the net, collecting pictures or reading stories, but this is the first place I'm gonna actually put any of my self-written stories up. If I ever get anything done.

|
| |
| I'm one of those hardcore gamers, and I spend most of my time on either schoolwork or on Halo, which, by the way, is an awesome game.
| |
|
| |
| As for my story preferences, I read way more than I write. I've been lurking on the TSA for a little more than a year, then shifting to Shifti when there was nothing else to read there. I would have been satisfied with just reading...but after a while I got bored of reading stories that didn't go the way I would have liked it, so I decided to actually write my own.
| |
|
| |
| I should seriously put up a faves list...I like stories that actually have a point. Even in games or other media I find that the storyline is the most important: it actually has to make some kind of moral or social statement or something big and impactful that actually reverberates within the human soul. Big words, but I never fulfill my own guidelines. Ironic!
| |
|
| |
| It so happens that all my story ideas are highly unoriginal: either pulled from some already existant universe because I can't be bothered to make up my own setting or "inspired" by some other great, awesome work by some great, awesome author (there are lots on Shifti, but no names!). I'll probably learn to imagine a couple of years down the road.

| |
| Every time I write a story, I will, at some point, fall into a deep rut of depression during which I won't do anything but mope about how lonely and depressed I am and how what I'm about to write will never, ever happen to me. Does that happen to you guys too?

| == Stories ==
| |
| Not many. I'm just an amatuer, and I often fall prey to procrastination. I mean, I come up with a whole bunch of stories and how to write them, but I never seem to get to writing it...It takes me a lot of effort just to start writing a story. It's so much easier to just fantasize, isn't it?

| The New World--My first serious story. This one's set in the Paradise story universe, about an avid gamer and his friend who face the Change. Oh yeah. Cliched. Deal with it. I took a couple of months, but most of it was just research, moping or procrastination. Once again, deal with it.
| |
|
| |
| Finding Himself--A story about a depressed guy. Based on myself, when I experienced a period of deep, deep, depression.
| |
|
| |
| Letting Go--Hey, surprise story about a guy whose wife just died. NOT ripped off from Xodiac's story. Not ripped off at all, no sir.
| |
|
| |
| == Ideas or Uncompleted stories==
| |
| A list of my ideas so I don't forget...but with my shitloads of homework I'll probably take some time just to start writing them...And I'm a procrastinator. That means I'll have loads of ideas, but take a lot of time to start. I bet I won't be finishing these any time soon.
| |
|
| |
| First Steps into the New World--My next story in the Paradise universe that I'll start writing once I'm done with my others. Assuming, of course, that the other good Paradise writers don't sue me for writing lousy stories and screwing up their finely crafted story universe with my crap.

| Last Man Standing--A squad of elite Orbital Drop Shock Troopers are sent to investigate after contact with Research Facility Epsilon is lost. Then, strange things begin to happen, and the squad soon finds out what had occurred at Epsilon...Set in the Halo Universe, which, by the way, is not a TF universe. It's an internationally acclaimed game which has hundreds of thousands of fans following it.

| Breaking Quarantine--Know how the Xanadu victims were quarantined inside the building? Yeah, this is the story of how one guy escapes. The title is not stolen from say, a comic from Halo, because that would make it unoriginal, right? And all my stories are so original. As you should know.
| |
| :Bitten--The marines guarding Xanadu's exits don't have it easy, you know.
| |
|
| |
| Price in Blood (tentative title)—Set, for now, in the Pig and Whistle story universe. After his family is killed in a TFOR-human skirmish, a young boy is taken in by an anti-TFOR splinter cell. Years later, he is given a task: assassinate an outspoken pro-TFOR speaker for the cell. Of course, things go wrong, and he realizes that everything is a lie...then he goes off to seek his revenge.
