Maybe not technically an error, but "faces on downtown" sounds unnatural to me. "Faces downtown" or "looks out on downtown" would work better.

Okay this is really nitpicking, but unless terminology has changed, it wouldn't make sense for RAM to be a storage medium since it is volatile (it doesn't hold data when it loses power.) Sure, they could make a device that stored data in RAM and kept it powered up, but why? They must have something more appropriate for a data chip.

If you are trying to standardize on Integrate or Integrates rather than Integrated, there's one here.
