Inconsistent color

Heh. That was actually a tricky thing for me to track down, because whenever I wanted to look at the HTML coding producing that inconsistently colored text I did a string search for "was in charge" and it turns out that particular phrase occurs twice in the story and it was the second one that was broken. I didn't get on the right track until I tried doing a search-and-replace to change CC9900 to a different color and 40 matches were changed instead of the 41 font tags I knew were actually used in the story. :) Anyway, you had one font tag with the color code FFFF00 and all the rest were CC9900, so I changed the one tag to match the rest.
