"Come on, come on." It was Saturday and I was at my soccer game. I was trying to win, of course, but the other team was so annoying. My mom jumped up as I kicked the ball toward the goal.
"Score," yelled the ref. The game was over. We had won, barely.
When I got home my older sister Lacey was in my face teasing me again.
"What happened? Did you win? Did you even score a goal?"
" Leave me alone Lace," I said.
"But Aaron I want to know everything about your game," She said sarcastically.
" Now Lacey leave, Aaron alone he had a rough time," my mom put in.
"Yeah Lace," I added
I’m eleven and Lacey is sixteen so she always seems to be getting on my nerves.
"Now Aaron be nice to your sister,"
"But Mom,"
"Aaron"
"All right," I hate it when she takes Lacey’s side.
Then dad yelled in from the kitchen, "Dinner."
After dinner I decided I would get Lacey back for being so annoying. My parents had gone out so I knew I wouldn’t get in trouble. I took my rubber spider and stuck it in her bed. Then I waited. A few seconds later I got what I wanted. An ear piercing shriek filled the house. Lacey came running into my room holding up my spider.
"Did you put this in my room?" she demanded.
“Yes,” I said calmly.
She threw the spider at me and yelled, "What was that for?"
"For being an annoying girl," I replied mockingly.
"Why don’t you try being a girl," She yelled at me pointing, and then ran to her room to pout. Girls, who can understand them? I went to bed.
