Okay let me say what this universe is. Back in 1970-ish a demon by the name of King Mortis came to earth and start an army of minions. He created the disease that makes vampire and were-creatures. He was going to take over Earth with these creations but he was stop by demon hunters know as the Shadow Elite. But killing Mortis didn't stop the lycanthropy disease (AKA Moon Virus) from spreading.
