Interesting story. A train of thought that occurred to me, if they use a similar method on all their victims then sooner or later one of their victims is going to simply go to the police with the story. No need to say "They're kidnapping people and turning them into horses!", just point out how people tend to get murdered near the family. If Beckett had thought to do this instead of shenanigans with a magic harness, he could have got his revenge as Shawn's father rotted in jail. Even if all of the murders are considered solved with the culprit punished like in this story, enough in a row is suspicious, and a serial murderer is of great interest to the FBI. --Doomreaver (talk) 11:01, 22 April 2014 (CDT)
