I find it odd that Bugs assumes that all RIDEs are fettered against harming humans: they were developed as military equipment, after all.
Depending on Pole Star's mass and distance from Zharus, it could strike with considerably more energy than a gigaton bomb. It has become a kinetic kill vehicle.
