It's better to receive a response rather than Wikipedia's lifeless bots.

:Wikipedia's bots have feelings too, they're that sophisticated. :) Anyway, if you do wish to raise an issue with the categorization of a page, probably the best place to put the comment is either on the story's talk page or the category's talk page. If the comment receives no reply after a while, going to the author's talk page or an admin's talk page to raise awareness might also be a good approach.
