TFOR may change people's appearance but for the most part their behaviour would stay the same. I can think of at least one instance appearing where a woman gives birth to a teefer child... but neither her nor her husband are teefers. | |||

On Government
To me, the NAR doesn't seem sustainable. It simply isn't feasable to successfully govern an area that large or a population that massive. Canada's parliament IRL is incredibly slow, and the US's is riddled with people who's sole purpose for existence seems to be to give John Stewart material. It seems more logical, and more in line with Canada's beliefs in general, that once the U.S was pacified a transition would be made into letting it be its own country again.
