Usage:

{{translate|translator name|translator nick|creation year|ru=Russian source reference}}

The translator option is required, other could be omitted.

Please, use latinization of the names on Cyrillic and other non-latin languages to allow user without codepages to read them.

If you made translation from the language not listed here, copy and edit corresponding line in template.
