{{Silver|Well, actually I've already told you what I think of the piece. It's a really neat piece, and I thought it was pretty original for the PaW universe. It's well-written and I liked the way it ran. Characters and their voices are distinctive and interesting to read. Still, I think you could elaborate a little more on the emotions Lotka feels when he encounters and glues himself to Jon; also, you could totally expand more on their relationship. :::Nah, unsigned usually either means the user forgot to add the tildes or isn't bothering because he isn't logged in anyway. I see nothing inherently wrong with unsigned comments in general (though I do add signatures for them simply to make it easier to keep track of conversations). :Heh! If there's no good place to put something like this, how about we create one? I'm thinking an [[ideas and inspirations]] page (or some similar page title) where random tidbits like this could be listed. With the understanding that ideas posted there could be used freely by other authors, and that the contents of the page may be pruned or archived over time if it gets cluttered, it'd serve as a general forum-like sort of place. Joysweeper's recently been working on a personal "idea bank", as an example - see [[Joysweepers Incoherent Idea Bank]]. Though that's explicitly intended as for-Joysweeper-only. My Idea Bank is just a garden of story-seeds and things that get me motivated when I'm stuck; a public one could consist of more pictures like above. Oh, and story prompts. Maybe the lack of replies is due to the fact that Shifti users have no way of knowing whether or not they have a discussion thread to which they have to reply without checking their [[Special:Watchlist|watchlist]] but don't visit the site very often sometimes? In that case, maybe installing [https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Echo_(Notifications) Echo], a notifications extension for MediaWiki, here would probably help by prompting users to reply to updated discussion threads? Do you guys think that installing Echo would be a good idea? }}{{note|Never mind; I was thinking of this more in the context of e-mail, and I believe that this use case might actually be covered by one of MediaWiki's e-mail–notification extensions, one of which we ''may'' have installed, if I remember correctly, though I don't see it on [[Special:Versions]]…}}
